- Art of Butler Skills: 8 months (depending on curriculum)

2) Duration of CTH-accredited Courses?
- CTH Level 2 in Hospitality Practice: 10 months
- CTH Level 2 Diploma in Cruise Hospitality Services: 12 months
- CTH Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Hospitality Practice: 12 months
- CTH Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management: to be launched after the Level 3
3) What is the minimum required age for an internship at the hotel?
- 16 years of age.
4) What is the age bracket for cruise recruitment?
- 18 years old to 45 years old
5) What is a Food Handler’s permit and where to apply for it?
- A food handler certificate is required to legally operate any business that handles processes or serves food.

6) Where to apply for the Certificate of Character (morality)?

7) Where is the MMTA (Mauritius Maritime Training Academy) situated?
- It is situated in Pointe aux Sables.
8) Do we enforce a school dress code?
- Yes, white shirt/blouse and black trousers. Upon enrollment, uniform measurements are taken to place the order of your uniform.
